Practices of Interaction and Solidarity of Young People within the Nomadic Community on the Example of ‘Smena Station’

This work is aimed at studying the image, individuality and collective practices of young people who are part of the community of nomads "Station Change". The study is based on conflict relations between digital nomads. The research issue is found in how young people line up, as well as their personal and collective experiences in nomadic communities. The objectives of the study are: 1) analysis of how people's identity is constructed, belonging to a mobile lifestyle. 2) the emergence of the main motives for choosing a nomadic lifestyle by young people. 3) description of the community of nomads "Station Smena". 4) study of everyday and communicative practices of young people within the community. The research method was chosen as a method of narrative analysis, empirical data were collected using narrative semi-structured interviews with the participation of the community of nomads of the main "Change Station". The use of the theory of escapism and the study of the "lifestyle traveler" approaches the understanding of the phenomenon of the nomadic lifestyle. In addition, among the experiences of the participants in this community, new views on modern social ties were identified, which was confirmed by the concept of a “community with limited liability”. Thus, the close ties of informants challenge meaningful understanding of strong ties between people. Although, from a reserved point of view, the way of life of nomads weakens the personal connection, the very desire of nomads to establish strong relationships does not decrease.
