Phallic-Narcissistic Difficulty and Its Impact on the Career Track

THE WORK Phallic-narcissistic Difficulty and Its Impact on the Career Track was written in order to study the correlation of fixation at the phallic stage of development and the career track during the work of a psychoanalytic coach and a client. Also in order to show how in psychoanalytic coaching and counseling, through the process of understanding internal processes by the client, it is possible to balance the career road, which will allow to move more effectively along the career track. The research work was carried out in theoretical and practical directions.In the theoretical part, an analysis of modern literature on the stated problems was carried out, the ways of psychoanalytic thought on the problems of work were investigated, fixation at the phallic stage of development and its influence on the career track were examined.In the empirical part, by presenting business cases, the correlation between fixation at the phallic stage of development and the dynamics of the career track was revealed, and it was also demonstrated how, within the coaching work between coach and client, the role of the influence of fixation at the phallic stage on his career is brought to the client's awareness. It has been established that fixation at the phallic stage of development effects on the career track, which often results in the fact that a person strives for career heights and related attributes of power, and successfully achieves them.
