After a short break, the conference continued with the opening of the discussion platform “Chinese language: new forms of controlling the level of foreign language communicative competence,” where participants discussed possible new forms of control of language competence in Russia, in particular, Chinese language competence.

The morning of the second day was marked by an open lecture by Professor W an g Shuchun on the prospects for the development of Russian-Chinese relations and their forms. However, participants could choose the form of the second day and, instead of an open lecture, visit the KFU Ethnographic Museum and the KFU Historical Museum, where guides told them about the collection of ethnographic materials of the Volga peoples and the Chinese collection brought by V.P. Vasiliev from the Beijing Mission.

Each year, the conference has a section called "Young Sinologist", in which Maria Efimenko became a participant. The section presented reports of various directions: the archeology of China, the economic situation in China, international relations, linguistics and linguistics on the example of creating Chinese names for European brands, Chinese perception of their own history through the novel “Three Kingdoms”, space development in China, etc. At the ceremonial closing of the conference moderators of the sections made a summary of the day. They noted that every year the number of topics of reports grows in proportion to the quality of reports.

Summing up, it is worth noting that more and more students are beginning to join the academic environment and conduct research on increasingly ambiguous and deep topics.
