The HSE Master's program has launched an updated educational and expert course, "Creation and Development of New Pharmaceutical and Biotechnological Products." This course, developed and taught for several years by N.S. The course covers all stages of drug development: from the search for and development of new molecules and therapeutic targets, preclinical and clinical trials, obtaining registration certificates, to organizing production, launching the drug, and promoting it at various stages of its life cycle.
The curriculum has been expanded to reflect the development of a strategic partnership. Its key feature is its practical focus: current employees and department heads from Binnopharm Group participate in the lectures. The involvement of leading industry experts enriched the program with real-world case studies and created an effective format for interaction between academia and business.
Tatyana Fedchenko, Director of HR and Organizational Development at Binnopharm Group:
"As a company that invests in research and development, it is crucial for us to participate in the training of young specialists. We are interested in HSE graduates entering the industry with an understanding of modern challenges and technologies. This course is an opportunity to demonstrate the complexity and diversity of the drug development process from the inside and inspire students to work in one of the most socially significant fields. We are confident that this format of collaboration will provide a solid foundation for building the company's talent pool."
A key element of the course is the opportunity for students to directly interact with representatives of various company departments, from R&D to marketing. This helps them gain a holistic understanding of the profession and establish initial contacts in the industry.
