The research of a 1st year Master's student formed the basis of the project ‘The Unseen’ presented at the exhibition
From 4 to 9 April in the atrium of the HSE building on Pokrovsky Boulevard, 11 Pokrovsky Boulevard, an exhibition of the experimental project ‘ArtMedia&Science Laboratory’ was displayed.
The aim of the collaboration was to engage visitors in a fascinating story about fundamental research and its authors through modern approaches of transmedia, art & science and gamification.
In an amazing collaboration between the scientific and creative sectors of the university, installations, audio, digital, artistic interpretations and even games have been created to show research from a whole new angle.
The project ‘The Unseen’ presented at the exhibition is based on the research of Ivan Antipenko, a 1st year Master's student and research intern at the International Laboratory of Microphysiological Systems of the Faculty of Biology and Biotechnology. His work is devoted to the development of a methodology for diagnosing hypercholesterolaemia and related diseases.
‘ArtMedia&Science Laboratory’ is a project about creative experimentation, searching for new meanings at the intersection of disciplines and telling about the beauty of scientific ideas through images found jointly by scientists and media specialists.
