We invite international students to immerse themselves in an academic atmosphere and experience what it's like to be a student at Russia's best university according to Forbes Russia – HSE University, the only Russian university in the Top-100 young universities of THE Young University Rankings.

On March 16, the results of the Open Doors International Olympiad for master’s and doctoral applicants were announced. The competition is organised by the Association of Global Universities with the support of the Ministry of Education and Science of Russia and the Federal Agency for the Commonwealth of Independent States Affairs, Compatriots Living Abroad, and International Humanitarian Cooperation (Rossotrudnichestvo). HSE University is one of the Olympiad’s organisers and the site of its distributed project office.

The meeting will be in a hybrid format

HSE University continues to develop its new study format for students embarking on a research career: the Combined Master's-PhD track. This year, there will be 75 places for Master’s students on the track—two thirds more than last year. They will receive personal stipends starting from February 2020 till the end of their education at Master's program.

The school will be held on May 21-25, 2020. We invite MSc and PhD students from Russian universities and from abroad to participate in our school. FENS and IBRO-PERC provide 4 stipends for master and/or PhD students from abroad interested in attending this course.
