Teaching Quality Assessment

Teaching Quality Assessment ends 18.10.2020 at 23:59 p.m.

Students evaluate disciplines which ends with an exam in the 1st module.

If the student did not take part in the Teaching Quality Assessment, the following disciplinary measures may be applied:

warning - if the student has failed to take part in the Teaching Quality Assessment for the first time during the current academic year;

reprimand - if the student has failed to take part in the Teaching Quality Assessment for the second time during the current academic year

dismissal - if the student has failed to take partin the Teaching Quality Assessment for the third time during the current academic year;

 

     Teaching Quality Assessment (TQA) is one of the measures to improve the planning and organisation of the teaching process. Assessment results are taken into account by heads of faculties, departments and educational programmes for adjusting their employment policy and course curricula.

      After processing, summaries of the survey results are emailed to programme coordinators, heads of departments and schools, and deans of faculties.

 

Teaching Quality Assessment Procedure

     Three weeks prior to the examination period, specified in the academic calendar for current academic year, the Office of Information Technology (hereafter, IT Office) publishes an Assessment form for each module and makes it available to each HSE student in the Learning Management System (LMS).

     To take part in the Teaching Quality Assessment for the current module, students have to log into their personal profile in LMS (https://lms.hse.ru/) and fill in the Assessment form three weeks prior to the examination period, specified in the academic calendar for current academic year.
