Problems with access to LMS, corporate email, MS Teams etc.
If the telephone number was authorized on lk.hse.ru
In case if you entered new password by yourself, please, try just to copy the password from SMS (don’t enter it by yourself). If after that the password has been still incorrect, please, follow the instructions for unauthorized users, who updated their phone numbers on lk.hse.ru:
- Open the site https://lk.hse.ru/. In your personal account find the button “Reset the password”
- Fill in all the required data in the form, including your HSE email, your date of birth (as dd.mm.yyyy), your current phone number (as +xxxxxxxxxx), which you indicated previously on lk.hse.ru (the number of digits is not limited and international numbers are allowed)
- An access code will be sent on the phone, stated in the form before. Please, fill in the code where it is needed.
- After filling in the validation code you will receive your corporate login and password for your personal account on lk.hse.ru and other corporate information systems of the HSE University on your mobile phone number within 15-60 minutes.
If telephone number was not authorized on lk.hse.ru (was not stated on lk.hse.ru before 26.09). You can enter lk.hse.ru with the initial password
If the phone number was not updated on lk.hse.ru then the passwords will be the following: Edu+number of your student ID number (only digits)

Every student can change his password if it is needed / by his own will.
