Ronald Inglehart, LCSR Chief Research Fellow, topped the Most-Cited USA Scholars Rating. This data is published by Hannah June Kim and Irvine Bernard Grofman as The Political Science 400. They analyzed the database with the 4,089 currently tenured or tenuretrack faculty, along with emeritus faculty, at US PhD-granting departments ca. 2017-2018. The rating is published by American Political Science Association (APSA).
