This programme is intended for those who wish to develop successful projects in education, and effectively manage them, or become a qualified analyst, expert, or researcher. Students learn to make informed decisions related to educational policy, business, and science on the basis of data, latest theories, and gain an understanding of the economics of educational products and management principles.
The interdisciplinary nature and variability of the programme allows students to customize their studies. For instance, a student can learn to effectively launch startups on the growing market of educational services, develop expert reports and strategies, manage complex projects, or begin his/her career in public administration, science, or consulting.
The annual HSE Student Research Paper Competition (SRPC) helps young researchers try their hand in a real academic competition, where leading experts and professionals from HSE University assess their research papers. This year, participation will be open from September 1 to October 15.
Isak Froumin, Head of the HSE Institute of Education, has been elected a fellow of the International Academy of Education (IAE). Until now, its fellows had included only one scholar from Russia – Andrey Podolsky, formerly a department head at Moscow State University, and today, an HSE professor and department head at Innopraktika.
When students enrol in master’s programmes at HSE University, they can count not only on getting new knowledge and skills, but a job as well. Many graduate students start working at departments of the University during their first year of study, and in most cases, their position is related to their field of study.
