The webinar will highlight the essential requirements and the scope of statistical background you are expected to have in order to complete successfully the courses on ICEF Master’s in Financial Economics Programme. The session will include a short presentation and time for a Q&A. You will learn about how probability theory and statistics are used in economics and finance and about the difference between statistics in Masters and in Bachelors programmes. You will gain valuable insights into how to prepare for Probability Theory and Statistics if you consider joining the ICEF Master’s in Financial Economics programme.

Alexander Zasorin earned his degree from MSU Faculty of Mechanics and Mathematics and has a teaching experience at the HSE International College of Economics and Finance for over 5 years (both on a Bachelor’s and Master’s courses in probability and statistics).
