Tuition Fees and Scholarships

The tuition fee for academic year 2023-2024 is 450,000 Rubles.

ICEF offers a number of scholarships (tuition fee discounts) available both for Russian and foreign nationals:

*The size of the scholarship offered to students shall be fixed and granted for the entire duration of their studies. However, each semester it will be necessary to confirm this with good academic performance. This means that a recipient should meet the following requirements: (1) not be subject to disciplinary measures in the form of reprimand; (2) upon completion of each and any interim assessment, he/she should have no failures; (3) not miss any assessments for no valid reason.

** The reduction for early conclusion and payment of the contract is granted to foreign nationals within a separate competition for one year and shall be summarized with the discount based on the results of the entrance portfolio competition.

Tuition waivers for international students

International students can apply to study at HSE for free through full-tuition scholarships. This merit-based scholarship will completely waive all tuition fees for the Master in Financial Economics programme.
