The mission of the programme is to enhance the HR function in organisations by providing human resources specialists with analytical skills for making evidence-based and data-driven decisions. To accomplish this mission, we combine the resources and experience of the HSE Faculty of Business and Management and the Faculty of Computer Science to reconcile two aspects of the human resource management function in the context of business digitalization: data analysis and social and human capital management.

The HR Analytics programme is composed of a balanced mix of advanced theoretical courses, core professional courses and topical electives. It combines theory with practical application and flexibility with rigor to give Master’s students a holistic professional education experience.

Studying theoretical courses in strategic HRM, l economics, business and management research, master students receive knowledge about approaches and concepts on economic and social aspects of relationship between company’s and people management goals and performance.
