A series of events for MIB students devoted to “Digital Transformation of International Business” has started with a master class from the Boston Consulting Group
The BCG master-class was dedicated to the process of Digital Transformation in international business.
Speaker Yulia Plakushchaya (Consultant, Boston Consulting Group, Russia&CIS) and MIB students discussed:
- Why international companies are striving to digitize business processes
- Why it is so important to further prepare the IT Department for digitalization well in advance
- How to correctly deploy digital projects in a large company
The master-class was a form of interactive lecture – students worked on a business case of a famous world clothes producer.
