HSE University Faculty of Law Students Win at a Vis Moot Pre-Moot
On February 15, the HSE University Faculty of Law team secured first place at the Moscow Pre-Moot for the Willem C. Vis International Commercial Arbitration Moot. The event featured 22 teams from Russia, China, Brazil, India, France, Kazakhstan, and other countries. The preliminary rounds were organized by the Russian Arbitration Center at the Russian Institute of Modern Arbitration, Young IMA (Modern Arbitration Council), the Center for International and Comparative Legal Studies (CICLS), and Lomonosov Moscow State University.
