Belt and Road initiative (BRI) enacted by the Government of China aims at enhancing global cooperation for developing infrastructure, regional connectivity, and further accelerating economic growth and has immense importance for Eurasian countries and other countries of the world.
The HSE team advanced to 1/8 of Global Rounds of the FDI Moot in Lucknow!
This year, HSE Team comprised of students and research assistants of the Law Faculty reached the 1/8 of Global Rounds of the Foreign Direct Investment Moot Court (“FDI Moot”), the most prestigious competition in the field of international investment arbitration. More than 150 teams from around the world participate in the FDI Moot annually. This year’s competition was held in Lucknow, India.

On June 24 a mootcourt in the format of investment arbitration was held for the 1st year students of the “Law of International Trade and Dispute Resolution” Master's program.
Final State Examination (FSE) of the master's program “International Trade Law and Dispute Resolution” has been completed
On May 27 and June 3, respectively, in two stages, the state final examination (GIA) passed for students of the 2nd year of the Master's program “Law of International Trade and Dispute Resolution”.
