About the Programme
The programme aims to train highly qualified professionals who have relevant knowledge on developing judicial and law-enforcement systems, and on judicial law as an interrelated body that enables practical tasks of the judicial branch of government to be carried out along with reforms of the judiciary and related institutions and procedures.
The programme aims to provide comprehensive education that allows graduates to pursue careers demanding a higher legal education, including as:
- State officials
Most Russian programmes in this field focus primarily on Russian legislative and judicial cases. This leads to a lack of qualified specialists who are familiar with international judicial systems and legal practice. The Master’s programme ‘The Lawyer in Law and Law Enforcement’ seeks to bridge this gap in teaching. It offers a course in comparative legal practice and studies international judicial systems and global standards in this area.
Students in the Master’s programme have the opportunity to develop individual study plans and choose a set of special skills and competencies from those offered by the programme.
