  • Brand Manager/Director (creating a brand from scratch, managing brands and brand portfolios, improving brand experience, brand communications in a digital environment);
  • Analyst/Head of Department (market research and customer and consumer behavior research, client analytics, product / product category analytics, preparation of analytical reports for business units);
  • Manager/Service Manager/Director (consumer behavior analysis, consumer journey building, customer experience design and consumer ecosystem development, customer service management, development of consumer engagement strategies).
