Spring 2022 Master of Data Science programme's second wave of admissions has started! "Master of Data Science" is Russia's first English-taught Master's programme which is implemented entirely online on Coursera learning platform. The industry partner of the program is Yandex.

Applications due: February, 28 inclusively.
Dates of Entrance Exam: March, 3–5.
List of admitted students publication: March, 10.
Start of the programme: the first week of April.

This programme aims to train highly qualified specialists in data science, who are able to solve data analysis problems, work with machine learning models and data collection infrastructures, develop effective problem-solving algorithms, and conduct research in areas connected with data analysis.

The programme's advantages:

• Students can enroll in the programme from anywhere in the world, complete the courses on their own schedule without having to relocate.
• Due to its online format, it offers students many advantages over traditional on-campus programmes. The instructors are available on forums and webinars, they also give feedback to many assignments. Communication with the coursemates is established through messengers.
• The programme is distinguished by its emphasis on hands-on, project-based training.
• In order to apply, students must have a bachelor’s degree and an interest in data science as a career. Some students might have backgrounds as analysts, programmers, or web developers. However, this is not necessary to qualify for the degree.
