Transfer and reinstatement to an educational program

Reinstatement of Students
A student who has been expelled at his or her own request may be reinstated within 5 years from the date of expulsion, provided that there are vacant seats and that the original conditions of study remain unchanged, but not before the end of the academic year (semester) in which he or she was expelled. If there are no vacant seats on a scholarship basis and there are vacant seats on a commercial basis, the student has the right to be reinstated to a seat on a commercial basis.
A student who was expelled at the initiative of HSE or in connection with the termination of the education contract at the initiative of HSE can be reinstated within 2 years from the date of expulsion only to a place under the paid education services contract if there are vacant places.
A student expelled on the initiative of NIU HSE for failure to pass the State Final Examination is reinstated for a repeat SFE, with the possibility of passing the SFE within the deadline determined for the final year students, but not earlier than 10 months and not later than 2 years after the term of the SFE that was not passed by the student.
