Diagnostics, Facilitation, Integration

First-year students of the program continue to study business-psychological technologies of development of organizations that were presented by the guest of the program, Peter Konstantinovich Vlasov - Doctor of Psychology , Consultant, Trainer, Head of Research and Publishing Projects at the Institute of Applied Psychology “Humanitarian Center”, member of international professional associations IAAP, EAWOP (Kharkov, St. Petersburg).

All methods are aimed at obtaining an answer to basic questions that determine the boundaries and direction of business psychological technologies in an organization. It is important for the psychologist to understand what the organization is in each specific practical case? What are the parameters to clearly describe the changes ? What prejudices and mistakes interfere with the assessment of events? How to determine the goals of influence and change of organization? Therefore, in the class, theoretically, organizational design models, teaching methods for solving unspecified problems, etc. were worked out.
As a workshop, students were introduced to the method of analyzing the structure and quality of working relations in an organization (V. Schuts) and gained experience from the Balint session. Balint session can be an excellent method of group participation in resolving a difficult situation that has developed in a person in a professional environment. The participants of the session in the format of group work are working out the situation, which is chosen by means of ranking. Then, asking questions to the one who offered it for consideration, try to get as much information as possible for subsequent analysis and interpretation. After all the questions are voiced, and the answers are received - each participant in the session expresses his opinion on the reasons and possible solutions. The session ends with the feedback of the participant whose situation was analyzed by the group. At the end of the lesson, students noted that it was a very interesting activity. They were able to help each other in resolving the emotionally difficult situations they encountered at work. Each participant expressed sincere interest in interpreting and searching for the causes of the situations under discussion. No one remained indifferent, and at the end of the day the group thanked Peter Konstantinovich Vlasov with stormy ovations! Next year, the acquaintance with the technologies of the work of a business psychologist in the organization will continue. Students are waiting for exciting lectures and workshops!
