Business psychology and the competitiveness of our country
About the participation of business psychologists in the events of "IV International technological forum Innovations. Technology. Production” 2017, organized by NPO "Saturn" (Rybinsk, Yaroslavl region).
Industrial engine drive economic development and placed it at a competitive level. In "IV International technological forum Innovations. Technology. Production" 2017, organized by the NPO "Saturn" (Rybinsk, Yaroslavl region) on 25th of April 2017 the President of our country Vladimir Putin launched at "NPO Saturn" large-scale high-tech project - the production of ship gas turbine engines.
High technologies developed in companies require a higher level of knowledge management. Therefore, the final event of the Forum was a round table on "knowledge Management in corporations", in which the program of Psychology in business took part.
During the round table the following questions were raised:
•Structural shifts in the economy, the transition to the knowledge economy and the changing requirements of the organization and its employees;
•Knowledge management system within the Corporation. The functions, processes, structure. Methods of implementation of knowledge management in corporations.
The event was moderated by scientific Director of the Department of applied mathematics and computer science, Financial University under the Government of the Russian Federation – Slavin Boris.
Presentations were made by: Zelenkov Yuri Alexandrovich (JSC "Saturn”), Tomilina T. V. ("Saturn"), Leshchenko Vladimir O., JSC "Science and innovations", Sidorin, Alexei (CRIC), Sadikin Alexey Vladimirovich (Siemens).
The program "Psychology in business" was presented by a business psychologist Sophia Pascal. Her speech focused on the influence of human factors on the knowledge management processes and capabilities of business psychology in the solution of multidisciplinary problems.
Sophia also announced the section on knowledge management in the framework of the Fourth international scientific-practical conference "Business psychology: theory and practice" held in HSE (November 16-19, 2017), and was invited to continue the discussion of the issues raised in Moscow.
