Valeria Ustinova is a lecturer in the subjects of the communicative cycle of the leading Russian business schools: the Graduate School of Project Management of the Higher School of Economics and the Higher School of Finance and Management of the Russian Presedential Academy of National Economy and Public Admivistration, the creator of an effective system of business training in the field of communications based on more than 20 years of experience in theatrical pedagogy and management consulting .
The workshop was devoted to revealing hidden resources in communications. Thanks to this, the participants had an opportunity to expand their understanding of the nature of communications, the role of logic and emotions in the communicative process, as well as about the weak and strong sides of participants in negotiating communications. Acting technology has been successfully applied in the programs of the world's leading business schools.  In the workshop participants could get to  practice one of the most important skills of the theater school "to be here and now" through the methods of voice self-tuning. 
All this has a direct bearing on the work of the business psychologist, whoose success directly depends on everything that determines the completeness, beauty and depth of communication with other people.

Technology of speech and thought management, which were demonstrated in the workshop, will help participants to manage themselves and others better during the process of communication in the most difficult situations.
The students noted that it was interesting to get an experience of communication with a master who does not only have presentational skills, but also gives an example of a carefully crafted, from a methodical point of view, workshop, which is an important experience for the professional development of a business psychologist.
