Project work and Master Thesis

Student Project Work (Projects) is organized to implement knowledge and experience achieved by students in the course of their studies, as well as solving problems of practical or theoretical relevance. PW can be organized in the form of teamwork, but no more than 3 students (academic year 2020-2021 for second-year students) or individually (academic year 2020-2021 for first-year students).
Organizational forms of PW:
• Institutionalized, i.e. in the form of students project work in research or study groups, project organizations as a team member or research interns;
• Non-institutionalized, i.e. in the form of a broad list of student’s independent projects, which must be connected to the professional specifics of the Programme.

To get successfully awarded with their Master-degree the students should submit and defend their Master thesis. The Master thesis and project work can and most probably will be of the close topic. The project work is much shorter, practical oriented and contains smaller research. The students can have the same person supervising both their project and Master thesis. The applications for Master thesis topic should be submitted in November of the second year of studies.
