A Brave New World: How Can I Adapt to It?

Our Programme continues the series of webinars ‘Meet the Prof’. These regular online meetings are organized to introduce our professors and their research to potential students and other people interested to learn more about the Master’s Programme and research in STI led by the HSE Institute for Statistical Studies and Economics of Knowledge.

At the upcoming webinar, sociologists Ekaterina Streltsova and Konstantin Fursov will talk about the world which awaits us in the nearest future. What are the key trends shaping the world? What skills and knowledge will be in demand? How professions will change? How to consider and govern new technology effectively? How can one adapt to the current transformations, and how can our Master’s Programme help?

We invite the candidates to the Master’s Programme, our students and alumni as well as anyone else interested in the topic. A webinar is organized as a short introductory presentation of the speakers, followed by a moderated discussion.
