Collective Working Paper Brings Together Students and Experts from HSE University, UNICAMP, and Tsinghua University
A new Collective Working Paper titled “Being Innovative or Being on the Safe Side – Managing the Risk of Failure” has just been published as part of HSE University’s Basic Research Program – Science, Technology and Innovation series.

HSE University Receives International Award for Best Practices in Research Management
HSE University has won in a joint nomination by the Quacquarelli Symonds (QS) international rankings agency and the company Elsevier. The award was presented as part of the forum ‘Development Trends in the Social Sciences and Humanities: Global Challenges and Best Russian Practices’ hosted by the State Academic University for the Humanities. Irina Karelina, Senior Director for Strategic Planning at HSE University, accepted the award and noted that the university’s success is largely down to its consistent personnel and research policies, as well as its support for young people.

Creative Moscow: Ahead of Hong Kong and Melbourne, but Far behind Beijing and London
Moscow is not only Russia’s official capital, but its creative capital as well. 54% of the added value of the country’s creative industries is generated here. This was one of the findings presented in the report, ‘Moscow’s Creative Economy in Figures’, prepared jointly by HSE researchers and the Moscow Department of Entrepreneurship and Innovative Development.
