70 participants from 17 countries took part in PFC Global Scholarship Competition
On 26 April, students and specialists from Bangladesh, China, Ethiopia, Germany, Ghana, India, Iran, Kazakhstan, Moldova, Nigeria, Pakistan, United States, South Africa, Syria, Ukraine, Uzbekistan and Russia participated in the international online contest PFC Global Scholarship Competition.
One-day online contest was organized within HSE Master’s programme ‘Prototyping future cities’. From marketing specialists and journalists to geodesists and civil engineers, participants had a chance to test their skills in the topics of future urban development. The tasks of the competition included creative assignments that touched 5 layers of the Master’s programme: City Project, Technology, Information, Management and Culture. Competitors had to complete one compulsory task and choose one creative task out of three. Participants had to analyse maps of social infrastructure in Barcelona, represent the urban problematics using visual methods (photo or video), write an essay about urban development approach or create an idea of prototype for future cities
Top 10 participants of the PFC Global Scholarship Competition will be invited to the interview with PFC master programme curator. The interview will be organized in online mode between 4 and 10 May.
The results will be announced on 11 May. Winners will be given discounts on tuition fee from 20% to 50% to study at master 'Prototyping Future Cities'.
As extra events, Shukhov Lab organized a series of webinars about learning experience, project activities and career opportunities at the master’s programme ‘Prototyping future cities’ with PFC Ambassadors – students and alumni of the programme. They are available now online.
