Abstract

The purpose of the discipline is to familiarize students with the basic principles and approaches to designing large-scale development projects built into the urban context and designed for the predominant use of public passenger transport and pedestrian traffic (planar and vertical). This course looks at some of the most prominent examples of large-scale urban projects around the world. The features of these projects are discussed directly with their authors - the leaders of the world's leading companies involved in design, urban and transport planning.
