Authors guidelines
The submitted articles should be original, not published before in other printed editions. The articles should be topical, contain novelty, have conclusions on research and follow the guidelines given below. If an article has an inappropriate layout, it is returned to the article for fine-tuning. Articles are submitted Word-processed to the address: lawjournal@hse.ru

Article Length
Articles should be between 20, 000 and 60, 000 characters. The size of reviews and the reviews of foreign legislation should not exceed 20, 000 characters.
The text should be in Times New Roman 14 pt, 11 pt for footnotes, 1.5 spaced; numbering of footnotes is consecutive.
Article Title
To be submitted in Russian and English. The title should be concise and informative.
Author Details
The details about the authors are given in Russian and English including:
* Full name of each author
* Complete name of the organization – affiliation of each author and the complete postal address
Position, rank, academic degree of each author
* E-mail address of each author
Abstract
Аn abstract of the size from 250 to 300 words is to be provided in Russian and English.
The abstract is to be consistent (follow the logic to describe the results of the research), reflect the key features of the article (subject matter, aim, methods and conclusions).
The information contained in the title should not be duplicated in the abstract. Avoid abundant introductory phrases such as the author of the article considers…
Historical references unless they represent the body of the paper as well as the description of the works published before and the facts of common knowledge are not included into the abstract.
Keywords
The keywords are given in Russian and English. Please provide keywords from 6 to 10 units. The keywords or phrases are separated with semicolons.
References
The references are to be paginal.
The references are arranged according to GOST Р 7.0.5-2008 System of standards on information, librarianship and publishing. Bibliographic reference. General requirements and rules of makingapproved bytheFederal Technical Regulation and Metrology Agency. See for details http://law-journal.hse.ru.

References
A reference list should be attached to the article. It is arranged under GOST 7.0.5-2008.
The articles are peer-reviewed. The authors may study the content of the reviews. If the review is negative, the author is provided with a motivated rejection.
No fee shall be charged from postgraduate students.
