The research team from HSE ISSEK with HSE Banking Institute and Association CFA (Russia) conducted a study devoted to the impact of disruptive technologies on company performance and the industry.

Key results:

• Organisations introduce such disruptive technologies as artificial intelligence, blockchain, big data;
• The introduction of disruptive technologies contributes to the enhancement of company performance;
• However, successful adaptation of disruptive technologies depends on the work environment and personal qualities of employees.
