Results of the 'Intellectual Stream' Symposium

Here are the results of the 'Intellectual Stream' Symposium held on October 11, 2018, in Moscow as part of the Expert Session 'Knowledge Management. Standards and Practices' with the support of Business Association Kubit and KM Alliance. HSE ISSEK was represented by Veronika Belousova, head of Unit for Intellectual Services Market Research (Institute for Statistical Studies and Economics of Knowledge, HSE University).

Moderators and participants of the round table discussed most challenging problems, facing К2В market:

-        patterns of knowledge intensive market players’ interaction – capitalists, working class and entrepreneurs;

-        characteristics of smart manufacturing as a process of creating a smart product for business;

-        economics of knowledge and its impact on the development of smart manufacturing in Russia;

-        good packaging as a mean of selling a smart product;

-        digitalization processes in knowledge intensive market companies;

-        lack of qualified labour force in the country being skillful enough to work for knowledge intensive market as consultants, coaches, mentors.

The live discussion of guests and speakers, who were interested in finding creative ideas and new solutions, introducing disruptive technologies and implementating specialized educational programs on the KIBS market, has generated cooperative attitude and desire to develop the K2B sector together.
