Victoria Reshetnikova at the International Child Phonology Conference

Victoria Reshetnikova from the HSE Center for Language and Brain took part at the International Child Phonology Conference in Canada.

14 and 15 June in Montreal (Canada) took place the International Child Phonology Conference. Scientists discussed the study of speech development in children raised in a monolingual and bilingual environment. The  intern researcher of the HSE Center for Language and Brain, Victoria Reshetnikova, took part in the workshop on working with the Phon software and the metric implemented in it to analyze the correctness of children pronouncing words, consisting of several syllables, and identify common phonological processes that accompany the assimilation of the native language.
