1. Visa

Citizens of the countries listed here do not need the visa to enter Russian Federation. If you live in the other country, you will need a visa.

For visa processing you may require an invitation. We can provide an invitation for you:

  • if you’re a citizen of the EU, it is free
  • otherwise the cost is 800 rub (3 weeks) or 1 500 rub (1 day)

If you need an invitation, please email our organizing committee (neuroling.summer.school.2016@gmail.com). In the email specify the dates of your visit and attach scanned pages of your passport.

2. Dormitories

Places at HSE dormitories are available for School's participants for 180 rub per night.
If you would like to book an accomodation, please contact the organizers via neuroling.summer.school.2016@gmail.com

3. Moscow guide

We are pleased to hold our School at the heart of Russia. For those of you who are visiting Moscow we have prepared this guide where you can find tips and links which will help you to feel more confident while you are around. We hope that you will enjoy your time in our beautiful city.

4. Poster printing

You can easily print a poster in Moscow. The closest place to the School venue is Kirpitch copy center (On Saturday it is open from 10:00 to 15:00). Printing an A0 poster will take 15 minutes (if there is no waiting line) and the cost is about 1000 rub.

There are also many other printing centers, some of them are working 24/7. See http://www.funcopy.ru/fun-print-centers and http://www.copy24.ru/kontakti.html (the website does not have an English version unfortunately, but automatic translation seems ok).
