HSE Staff Members at Conference on Ancient Slavic Studies in Germany

On March 12-13 Marina Bobrik-Froemke and Roman Krivko, Associate Professors at the School of Linguistics, took part in the conference on ancient Slavic studies that was held in Germany.

The first meeting was organized about ten years ago by German Slavists Christian Hannick and Hans Rothe. This conference brings together European experts in ancient Slavic texts and scholars from other countries, including Russia, who received Humboldt Research Fellowship. The conference is held every two years in different universities. This year the event was organized by the Department of Slavic Studies of the University of Saarland in Saarbrücken.
