HSE University Vice Rector

‘As a world-class national research university, HSE can reach a qualitatively new level of cooperation with the countries of the Middle East. Our first trip to Saudi Arabia clearly demonstrated that both parties, including relevant ministries, the universities we visited, and private companies, have an interest in establishing systematic work in the educational field. It is important that our colleagues are interested not only in the best practices we can talk about as a leading Russian university, but also in Russian culture and language. I am sure that such a foundation will help us implement truly breakthrough projects in research and education.’
