ANR-Lab Open Seminar "Sociologists about Sociologists: How is the Social and Humanitarian Community Studied?"

On February 10 at 15:00, the head of the ANR-Lab, Daria Maltseva, and the laboratory's research intern, Olga Molotkova, will talk about research of the social and humanitarian community.
How to describe the community of experts in the field of social sciences and humanities and measure interactions in it? Daria Maltseva and Olga Molotkova will try to provide a comprehensive answer to this question and will talk about recent studies of the social sciences and humanities community conducted by ANR-Lab together with colleagues from other organizations. The work of the laboratory staff is based on the analysis of expert survey and interview data, as well as on the analysis of bibliographic data.
- The work “PROFESSIONAL COMMUNICATION OF HUMANITIES EXPERTS IN CIS COUNTRIES: MAIN GEOPOLITICAL VECTORS AND PREFERRED FORMATS” is devoted to the interactions of specialists in the field of humanities from six CIS countries.
- The study “Professional communications in the Russian research community” is aimed at examining communications between Russian sociological centers.
- The studies conducted on WoS and eLibrary data are devoted to the bibliometric network analysis of collaborations of Russian sociologists.
The language of the seminar is Russian.
