A seminar on the data analyst labor market: "From job networks to dream jobs: How network analysis helps shape a career trajectory."

Event ended

On May 28 at 6:00 PM, the Data Analytics and Social Statistics program will hold an online seminar on the data analytics labor market.

We studied the competencies developed by graduates and compared them with job postings on recruiting platforms.

We will learn:

1. Which DASS program disciplines provide tools for labor market analysis and career path planning.
2. What data collection methods we study and how to apply them to job posting research.
3. What are the specifics of modern data analyst vacancies: technology stack, employer expectations.
4. Similarities and differences between the Russian and international data analytics markets.
5. How applied network analysis reveals the structure of the labor market.

Furthermore, we will demonstrate in practice how network analysis helps:
✔ Visualize connections between professions, competencies, and employers.
✔ Identify key competencies that determine career growth.
✔ Clusterize employers and identify network communities.

You'll see how network analysis can be used to generate career recommendations from job posting data.

The seminar is in Russian.

Registration is required to participate.

We look forward to seeing you on May 28th at 6:00 PM!
