The seminar will present the results of a simulation study in which five large language models (LLMs) acted as consultants for a person in a psychological crisis. We will discuss the design and results: which LLM performed best, how dialogue quality was assessed, whether the models exhibited bias, and in which language (English or Russian) they performed better. Participants will be introduced to the developed dialogue quality assessment framework and the experience of organizing studies where LLMs are used in three roles: simulated user and consultant, as well as as a dialogue quality assessor.
Seminar language: Russian
Registration is required to participate.
