Webinar "Features of creating videos for the socio-psychological experiment "The influence of emotions on trust in electronic public services"

International Laboratory for Digital Transformation in Public Administration will host a webinar on the specifics of the video-making process for the experiment, which is aimed at studying how different emotions affect citizens' trust in digital public services. During the seminar speakers will explain the process of creating and editing video clips, reveal the techniques for triggering different people's emotions when viewing videos, as well as the difficulties that had to be faced in the work process. The speakers will be the research interns of the laboratory – Elizaveta Dyakova and Agnessa Bich.
