Potentials and Limits of Foresight Studies edited by Dirk Meissner, Leonid Gokhberg and Alexander Sokolov. Since its release in 2013, it has passed the threshold of 9500 downloads at the Springer website.

HSE has finalised agreements with its international partner universities for new double diplomas and student exchanges in the framework of the Master’s programme in Governance of Science, Technology and Innovation. In April a new all-university elective course on Science, Technology and Innovation: Analysis, Strategies and Policy will be launched at the HSE. It will be delivered in English by leading HSE international professors as well as some visiting experts.
