Banking Cards for HSE Students

HSE has gradually begun transitioning payment of scholarships to VTB 24 cards. Cards will initially be issued to first-year Bachelor’s, Specialist and Master’s students. Scholarship payments for first-year students will be transferred only to VTB 24 cards.

To receive a bank card, first-year students should complete an application form (in Russian). Please refer to the brief instructions and sample form. Applications should be printed single-sided.

Bank requirements for non-residents stipulate that they should provide notarized Russian translations of their passports. Documents must be submitted to the study office of a student’s educational programme.

Cards will be issued by authorized VTB employees at the university building. The procedure and terms of card issuance will be announced later.
