HSE Completes Automation of Research Productivity Assessment Processes

IT Development Office and the Research Unit have automated the final stage of Research Productivity Assessment (RPA).

On December 5, 2018, the preliminary RPA results for HSE staff have been published and, in accordance with RPA regulations, a ‘cut-off’ of publications made in 2016-2018 as of December 1, 2018, has been done.

To see your scores and your preliminary RPA status, follow the link, or in HSE bpm system, Research at HSE section (Наука в НИУ ВШЭ), press the ‘Research Projects’ button (Научные проекты), and then ‘Preliminary results of RPA and appeals’ («Предварительные результаты ОПА и апелляции».).

In case you disagree with RPA results, you now have an opportunity to file an appeal online. To do that, choose the form ‘Preliminary results of RPA and appeals’ («Предварительные результаты ОПА и апелляции»), press the ‘File an appeal’ (Подать апелляцию) button, and in the new window, specify your reason for appealing and attach a file if necessary, then press the ‘Send’ button (Отправить).

Technical errors, as well as papers accepted for publication (if confirmed by a letter from the editorial office/editor), are a reasonable cause for an appeal.

Please be informed that appeals shall be considered only if the score is not sufficient for a successful RPA.
