Classes (Partly) Cancelled Due to Anniversary Night
Effective from the afternoon of November 27, all the way through the morning of November 28, HSE will be celebrating its Anniversary Night. To allow students and staff to prepare for the event properly and not look like zombies at following day’s lectures, these dates will be partially considered days-off.
- Master’s students will not have classes after 3pm on November 27;
- Undergraduate students will not have classes throughout the day on November 28.
If students of a Master's programme do not intend to take part in the celebration and are ready to study on the afternoon of November 27, the heads of such Master's programmes may avoid cancelling classes (if the HSE Student Council supports such a motion).
In addition, the heads of open optional courses and academic supervisors of part-time educational programmes retain the right to decide whether to cancel classes or not. As such, they will inform students of their decision in this regard.
