These data were obtained in a survey of heads of institutions of higher education that was carried out as part of a Monitoring of Education Markets and Organizations study conducted by HSE in collaboration with the Levada Centre in 2014. The results of the study will be published in a newsletter in 2015 – ‘Organizations of Higher Education: Strategies and Conditions for their Implementation’.

Finding a Balanced Approach on Internet Governance
