Tele2 has agreed to launch an educational programme with HSE Business Incubator. Residents at the incubator and HSE students will be able to study at the Tele2 Workshop. The project aims to help them improve their knowledge of entrepreneurship, marketing, finance, HR management, sales, and PR.

Senior executives from the Tele2 office in Moscow will conduct the workshops. Igor Zhizhikin, Tele2 CEO for Moscow; Anton Kondratov, Marketing Director; Yulia Ivanova, CFO; Zoya Izotova, HR Director; and other executives will lead workshops for Business Incubator residents and HSE students. Speakers at workshops will also become mentors for residents and will supervise the most promising start-ups.

As part of the collaboration, project teams will be formed comprising Tele2 experts and Business Incubator residents. Together, they will solve the operator’s practical challenges and work on new services, products and technologies for Tele2 in the Moscow Region.

Igor Zhizhikin, Tele2 CEO for the Moscow macro region:

‘We know better than anyone else what it means to launch a business in a developed and highly competitive market. That’s why Tele2 actively supports start-up entrepreneurs and other talented people. When offering support, we’ve always emphasized professional development and continuing education. The Tele2 Workshop features an effective combination of academic and practical approaches, and I believe the knowledge and skills it offers will be useful for those looking to achieve success in building a business’.

Mikhail Erman , Director of the HSE Business Incubator:
