administrative, migration and organizational support of visits of foreign citizens to the faculty; preparation and support of international agreements initiated by the faculty;
reparation of reports on the international activities of the faculty;
organization of meetings, meetings, negotiations;
flight registration and hotel reservations for faculty members and foreign citizens;
registration of personnel documents for foreign employees;
administrative support for foreign staff and students;
electronic document management (1C "СЭД");
preparation of packages of documents for the participation of students in internships on academic mobility programs;
execution of personal orders of the supervisor.
