Responsibilities
- Developing outbound student academic mobility programs.
- Managing the Graduate School of Business's (GSB) relations and interactions with partner universities regarding outbound student mobility.
- Organizing and supporting short-term and long-term outbound international projects, including summer and winter schools.
- Conducting orientation sessions (information campaigns, webinars, individual consultations) for students preparing for outbound mobility programs.
- Advising on available outbound mobility programs, participation requirements, application timelines, and pre-departure procedures.
- Administering application calls and the selection process, nominating students to host universities, and processing the necessary documentation for outbound mobility.
- Assisting in the preparation of documentation (official letters, certificates, orders, etc.) related to the GSB's outbound international projects.
- Maintaining and updating statistical and analytical data on the GSB's completed international projects on the Center for International Exchanges website.
- Performing other duties as stipulated by the employment contract, the legislation of the Russian Federation, HSE University's local regulatory acts, orders (directives) of HSE University, and the Employer's instructions.
