· Research in the fields of Biosphere-Atmosphere interaction, Eddy-Covariance flux measurements, Ecosystem responses to the local environmental-condition changes and long-term responses to climate change, and Physics of Atmosphere.

· Soil-respiration modeling in different environmental conditions.

· Investigation of effects of environmental conditions and urban surroundings on eddy-covariance measurements for wetlands in connection with the surface-layer flows.
