Employment history

Vyacheslav Ivanov's key work experience is in the area of strategic management and acquisitions in the oil and gas, power and financial sectors of the Russian market.

In 2009 Vyacheslav Ivanov held the position of the Chief Executive Director at Urals Energy, where he also previously worked as Vice President for Business Development and was responsible for acquisitions as well as transactions of the capital markets.

His previous positions since 1991 also include such banks and companies as Uralsib, Troyka Dialog and Likoil where he also was involved in financial management in the power sector and banking and stock markets.

Apart from financial management, Vyacheslav Ivanov's professional interests include the issues of financial accounting, relations with investors, international law as well as strategies and tactics of negotiation processes in organizations.
