‘One of the Biggest Advantages of HSE University Is Its Multi-cultural And International Environment’

Parisa Esmaeilkhani, from Iran, and Anshuman Sharma, from India, are currently studying in HSE University’s English-taught Master’s programmes. On September 4, 2018, the Institute for Social Policy held a scientific seminar on the topic “Inequality and Welfare Dynamics in Russia during 1994-2015”
